The Group was founded on the 24th of May 1984 when Mr Bernard Combedimanche first set up an Industrial Sheet Plant in the village of TOULAUD (Ardèche), near Valence. Very quickly, we started focusing on industrialisation.
1988 Acquisition of our first numerically controlled punching machine that enabled us to move into new markets.
1990 Acquisition of larger premises in an Industrial area.
1994 Investment in our first Laser Cutting Table.
1996 Acquisition of a Trailer Manufacturing Company that is now CBS REMORQUES.
1997 Mr Sébastien COMBEDIMANCHE joined the company, taking particular responsibility for the development of the CBS REMORQUES Company.
1998 The separation of the Industrial Sheet Metal activity and the Trailer Assembly activity after two years working under the same roof. New land was purchased and a new building constructed.
1999 Art Création Laser was created to offer attractive design solutions for metal parts (street furniture , decoration ……)
2000 Construction of new independent building for the production of Trailers and accessories.
2003 Acquisition of first Laser Tube Cutting machine following trials with RotoLas equipped lasers.
2006 Extension of our buildings for reorganisation of production workshops and commercial services.
2013 Purchase of first EHT Press Brake with electro-hydraulic drive incorporating the ‘start and stop’ system.
2014 Acquisition of new land and construction of a new building bringing together metal punching activity and the Laser Tube cutting activity.
Purchase of Laser Tube Cutting machine for long lengths of tube (18m and Ø610mm).
Purchase of Rolling / Pinching press.
2016 Development of Commercial Services in France and abroad.
